All items purchased during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm EST) ship on the following Mondays, to practice effective social distancing during Quarantine.
If you would like to have your order shipped next day, please choose the "Expedite My Order" option in Products and add to your cart.
Please note that all mail carriers are experiencing delays during this time.
All orders and products are cleaned + sanitized before shipping, please handle with care and disinfect packaging before opening.
No refunds available at this time, as all items are handmade.
We will accept exchanges for store credits on non-used damaged items within 7 days of receipt. Please provide order number, and any photographs if possible and the reason for exchange by emailing customer service at ArtByNade@gmail.com.
